I went with my partner for a few days to rest. The apartment is exactly as described. The photos are current and the condition is impeccable. It is very comfortable for 2, even for 3. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. I recommend it.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were a few mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! The one-week family stay was amazing, I recommend it with my eyes closed, the location was perfect, we saw whales from the balcony of the apartment, simply without words, you can book without fear of being happy.

Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you feel like going to the bathroom or getting something from the apartment, it's very quick! Another positive point: it faces the fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. The apartment's balcony makes it well ventilated, bright and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and Ceiça's availability. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.

tranquil and delicious stay! house is located a few meters from Caravelas beach that lies within one of the largest Brazil pau reserves in Rio. under-explored beach,clean and with structure( restaurant) and some stalls . Little bustling and calm region! Clean and very spacious home!

extremely cozy place, everything as advertised. great leisure area, pool and space for children. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to enter with suitcases and bags. I recommend it without a doubt, and on a next trip to the cities of Cabo Frio or Arraial do Cabo I will definitely stay again in Deilson's apartment. Deilson is always attentive in answering questions, a great host.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, the access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh, the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

I wanted to thank you, it was very worth even having rained a lot on Saturday we enjoyed a lot of Sunday and Monday. they very attentive. we gave courtesy gifts. everything very organized. I get back in camp I'm only in this place. amazing pool restaurant all very affordable value. but cheap that on the beach. wonderful food. we only have compliments.

Sitian is an excellent host, understanding, flexible, ready to help. The apartment is perfect, zero defects. The most beautiful view I've ever seen. Everything as described, exactly as pictured, only even better for being in such a beautiful place.

James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some amazing sunsets! It has a garage, pool, playroom and security. The complex is very complete. James was very friendly, responded to all messages quickly and allowed us to check out late. Everything is great! I recommend it. Regards

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.
