Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

My home is very conveniently located close to downtown State College. You are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to campus and the stadium, as well as a 20 minute walk into the center of town. It's fully furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms-I hope I've thought of everything that any group would hope to find in their own homes! Parties and events aren't currently permitted due to Covid-19 and AirBNB's rules.
