We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place was more than amazing Lan the host was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met, she left water in the fridge cleaned my clothes for me and the room was spotless. Air conditioner worked perfectly and there was a fan too plenty of space to leave clothes, there was soap and everything you need to cook a nice meal. If this place was priced at £100 I would pay it. Couldn’t have asked for more and the next time I’m in Hanoi I will make sure to stay here.

Veque Villa was such a calm and lovely place to stay. It’s in a quieter part of Hanoi but still close enough to the Old Quarter to get around easily. The instructions to reach the place were super clear, and it was very easy to find. Ms. Huong and the host was amazing - so responsive even before check-in and throughout my stay. She helped with everything, from an early check-in to connecting me with a great local for bike rentals. The space itself was exactly as described, and I really felt at ease here. They were also kind enough to be flexible with my checkout. Total recommendation if you want a smooth, peaceful stay that's still well-connected to the city

It is a very nice apartment, well decorated and warm, the photos are consistent with reality, it also has an elevator. It is well located close to the old quarter, cafes and restaurants nearby and a few meters from train street! We had traveled with a baby, and to our surprise we were entitled to a crib without even having requested it from the hosts. Hosts were superb, caring, available and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment, don't miss it if you are in Hanoi especially for this value for money!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would have done it. First, the apartment was spacious and incredibly manageable! In addition, the furniture was lovely to be in, which means a lot when there are children and some of the time is spent relaxing with them. It was close to most things you need to go to, in addition it is in manageable driving distance to the rest! Hang is probably the best host I've ever met. Responds immediately, is proactive and very helpful. Something so crazy is that he had incredibly good bedding, which we wanted to get something for. He explained it was tailor-made and it could take over a week, etc. We had 2 days, and yet he offered to see if he could get us something in time. He was just too good! We will definitely come back to him if we end up in Vietnam again! 10 out of 10 from here!

Veque group was an awesome host that provided a place for my wife and I to stay during our visit for our Honeymoon. The housekeeper Hoa, was such a sweet lady that assisted us with all of our needs and answered our questions personally. Would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Hanoi. Hoa made the trip extra worth it for us.

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

What a lovely stay! Probably my favourite accommodation throughout my stay in Vietnam! The place had ample space , was very well decorated and I felt right at home! Also having the washer and dryer in the building helped so much! I cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Anna has been really hospitable from the time I arrive to the time I checked out. Despite my late arrival as I was coming from a sleeper bus, she waited to ensure I had a smooth process checking in and switched on the air-con to cool the room in time when I arrive. Instructions were clear as visuals were provided. Room was as shown and clean too! Smells really nice and cozy. Had a pleasant time here and it was sweet of her to bring up some lychee fruits and change of towels. There is also a halal restaurant less than 5 mins away the accom. The extension cable is beneficial for us too! Would be great to have a big mirror in the room itself. Anna is very responsive and overall an amazing host. Highly recommend! :) Thank you Anna! (P.s the water cooler is super convenient for me to refill my water)

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

Good access to everything. This is a great location for business travelers.

I stayed there with my parents for 3 weeks for my holidays. It is a good place for long-term stay where is close to shopping mall 3 mins walk, good restaurants. It is very convenient to buy groceries shop such as k-market and win mart at downstairs. There has a small garden and I can do morning exercise. However, the place is not a tourist spot so if you plan for visit. As there are so many restaurants, the price are slightly expensive and rare to find the street food at surroundings. They supplied all the kitchen utensils inside the house which is very convenient to use and water bottle is ready when we first arrived. The bed room wall is a little bit dirty and it would be better if the host can improve it.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!
