Vacation rentals with a patio in Thanh Khê District

Had a great stay! Definitely will come and book with you again. Thank you for the great hospitality! The room was super cozy and comfortable especially after a long day strolling around Da Nang.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Clean place, close to the beach.

Ciara’s place was in a great location, close to the beach and with lots of restaurants and vibrant night life.

Hanh’s place was really nice, very walkable distance to the beach and the views were stunning! She was quite reponsive and gave recommendations for around the area, would definitely book again in the future :)

I loved my stay here. It was exactly what I needed. Host is prompt and helpful. Place was clean and had an amazing View.

Vincent and Sami offer the great host. Vincent is really responsive and try to accommodate the guest at his best. My flight to Da Nang was delayed and he stayed late to greet me at the door with clear and mindful instructions to the room. The room itself is clean, nicely decorated and has all you need to feel being like home.

I loveeee this place. It is small but has anything a person would need. I especially like the clear instruction for each light switch. I did not have to guess which light I turned on 😂. The bath room surprisingly has more amenities than I expected with the limited space. Sami arrange everything so neatly and nicely. I live how she uses the wooden frame to cover the light switches and use pot plants to decorate every shelf in sight. The place is filled with her thoughtful act. I understand why Sami is the best and recomended host.

위치도 이동하기좋아요 그랩10초 ~ 30초안에잡혀서 이동 하기편하고전부 근처예요!! 집도좋았고 에어컨 빵빵합니다!! 수건도 모자란거없이 잘챙겨주시고 다맘에들었습니다!! 필요한거있으면 연락하시면 바로바로 응답해줘요!! 아그리고 보통 도마뱀이나 바퀴벌레 많이 보인다고했는데 전 지내는동안 한번도못봤어요!!! 깨끗합니다 벌레도없고, 지내보시면 만족할겁니다!!!! 잘놀다가요!!

Great place good host and lots of great activities around the place

최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 가족 여행 시 리조트나 호텔 커넥팅 룸과 비교할 수 있는데요. 조식은 베트남에사 일찍 여는 식당들이 많기 때문에(심지어 미슐랭 박는 식당들도 7시에 염) 그냥 나가서 사 드시는 게 훨씬 좋습니다. 저는 5박 숙박하면서 아침으로 건물 내 있는 여러 식당 이용했는데요 모두 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소에는 경비원이 상주하여 안전하며, 건물 주민들도 점잖습니다. 주변이 시끄럽다거나 소음도 없었습니다. 무엇보다 다낭 전경을 내려다 보는 뷰가 좋습니다. 위치는 어딜 가든 그랩으로 금방 이동합니다. 어차피 다낭에서는 더위 때문에 도보 거리라는 게 의미가 없어요. 택시비가 매우 저렴하기도 하구요. 숙소 정말 추천합니다. 특히 5-6인 여행객에게는 최고의 선택일 수 있습니다.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see Lady Buddha clearly. We woke up to plenty of sunlight every morning and enjoyed Da Nang from early in the morning. You can take out the trash 24 hours a day. The air conditioning worked well. You can hang your laundry on the sunny balcony, and there is a dryer, so you don't have to worry about rainy weather. There were two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a handheld shower. There was no shortage of hot water even if you took a shower at the same time. The shared pool and gym in the building are small, but they look like they would be fun if you were staying for a long time. There was also a ping pong table. Ngoc was a very good host. She replied quickly and the check-in was smooth. She answered my questions about the rare fruits I found in the market in detail. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Da Nang.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
