Vacation rentals with lake access in Thanh Khê District

There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom, living room, and kitchen space on the 1st floor. Overall, it's clean and comfortable. It's quiet because it's a residential area nearby. It's a little unfortunate that there's no swimming pool.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

It's a beautiful accommodation as shown in the photos. Very quiet and safe for privacy. The host is very friendly and quick to take action.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

If you just check the shower part again, the facility management is clean and good. The water pressure was weak, so I couldn't take a shower with warm water.

We rested at the villa in March, there were 10 of us and at our request no outsiders were accommodated except us, although there were free rooms. When we met, we were treated to fruits and periodically put them at the reception. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed and water was brought. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom, there were always additional shampoos and shower gels at the reception. If we had any problems, they were eliminated very quickly, or offered to move to another room. To our requests to buy washing powder or coals for the barbecue, we were provided with everything quickly and free of charge. It would be great if the hotel had clothes dryers, because the washed things had to be hung on all the doors and chairs. The villa was always kept clean, the pool was cleaned every day. The location of the villa is convenient, near shops, cafes, massage parlors, the beach. The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Great!

It was a little obsolete, but I was satisfied with the affordability.

Extended our stay because we felt comfortable and the bed makes it easier to go about the next days :)

The Wyndham Golden Bay Danang is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is pretty perfect. We even managed to make quite a few meals in the small kitchenette. The hotel facilities are great: pool, gym, spa, restaurants and public areas. The only slight negative is it is 2 miles out of Danang and you need a Grab to go anywhere which is not an issue as they are very cheap. But value for money was great and the total package was excellent. I would recommend it

The Tran Thi Ly bridge view apartment I just rented for 1 night, the experience is quite satisfied. Beautiful view, especially in the evening overlooking the bridge is very chill. Suitable for a short getaway or a weekend change.

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

The location of the accommodation was very good, and there was a grocery store on the 1st floor of the apartment. It was convenient to have a pharmacy and a beer shop.

The apartment is on a high floor, spacious and airy just like the pictures and description. The bed is spacious and very suitable for my family. The furniture is brand new. There is a convenient bathtub. The terrace has a very nice view, we really enjoyed this beautiful view. The host is super friendly and responds quickly. Will come back next time. We really enjoyed our stay at Will’s apartment. We were a group of 4 adults and we found the apartment to be very comfortable. It was clean, looked like the pictures and well stocked with clean towels etc. Will was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment building is in a great position, very close to the beach and many delicious restaurants. Two things to be noted: 1. During busy periods the lifts can be very slow so leave yourself some time before leaving. 2. There is a swimming pool but this is separate to the room. You have to pay for a ticket. Will did help us with the first days tickets but couldn’t help us with the second day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment in Danang, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, promptly addressing any requests and even going as far as to help us navigate the area and make the most of our time in Daanang. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our comfort and well-being, and their kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on us.Overall, I highly recommendthem. Whether you're visiting Danang for a family vacation or a solo adventure you can rest assured that you'll be in good hands.

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
