Great cosy space to stay in , kitchen was good and had everything I needed . The host was very quick to respond.

The equipment of the apartment is super new, great to use, I very much enjoy that I can cook and do laundry all inside my room in a 8 days stay. The house is walking distance to a small lake, can blend in with local and chill besides the lake is the biggest plus of my stay. I'll definitely come back. I wish the next time when I'm back the neighbors' construction is finished. The house itself is very perfect.

Right in the alley, Apricot 2 front building is easy to find, opposite a building under construction, lucky me at the holidays and hanging out all day so it is not noisy, Near Tomibun Japanese supermarket and right on the walking street next to the lake is very clean. The room is as shown in the photo, washing machine and dryer in the building. Air conditioner each room, cool, fridge always running! I'm very satisfied

Amazing place to stay . Definitely recommended

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

We were so lucky to book Lans place, it’s so peaceful and in what has to be the best area of Hanoi. We loved the local cafes and it’s right next door to the intercontinental to go to the sunset bar. It was very handy to have use of the washing machine and to have a break from hotels on our tour of Vietnam.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

Great stay, very clean and amazing location. Right next to the lake, with great restaurants only a couple minutes away.

The place was great and looked just like the photos, the views were great . The only problem was that it’s a little far from all the main attractions. Good restaurants were quite a walk away. There was also an intermittent bad smell in the downstairs toilet. Other than that everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay, the host had really clear instructions which made the check in process frictionless.

It was our first vacation at Hanoi and Hung’s place made it a special one (; His place was amazing and Hung’s hospitality was also amazing!

One of the rare gems where the place looks exactly like the photos! Super clean, well-maintained, and just as beautiful in person. Perfect for up to 2 couples. Just a heads-up: cars can’t go all the way in, but it’s only a 5-minute walk from the main road—or just hop on a Grab bike, and you’re sorted. Other than that, it’s a solid Airbnb! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. .
