This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, hob, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster. Dinning table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available

Beautiful views of the Kent countryside leading to Cooling Castle Barn, St Helens Church, Cliffe and St James church which inspired Charles Dickens to write Great Expectations where the hero Pip met Magwitch the convict. Bull Lodge is newly converted, but comes with lots of history. On the site of the village's Manor Farmhouse, this was where the bull was housed for the once busy dairy farm. Now it is tucked away in a quiet corner amongst newly converted barns and behind the original farmhouse.
