we Had a great stay at Anglers lodge. the room was as described, the communal bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the room was as described.

We didn't realise this was part of the campground resort and it was a gorgeous spot :) the beach locally was so pretty and the facilities perfect for a quick camp meal and a bonus solar heated pool and hot tub that we didn't know about :) perfect stay!

I loved the place I’m very low maintenance so all I needed was a warm place to sleep. The kitchen was huge so plenty of space for multiple people to be cooking. The pool and spa was a bonus! Even had sky so kept son occupied while I cooked. Seems weird that you don’t provide a duvet and blanket so think the price could be slightly cheaper for that reason and also no cooking utensils or pots or pans which I think is understandable but maybe having a few would make it easier for people who are back packing. I’d also recommend bringing your own dish soap and brush. Haha otherwise we loved it and I’ll definitely be back 💜

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Eco Sanctuary. It was a little corner of paradise, with a comfortable cabin and great shared facilities. Perfect for a couple's getaway. The garden and its array of plants is exceptional. Diane made us feel very welcome - thank you!

Great little spot and fantastic that we could bring our dog. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Full sky tv was a novelty and much appreciated. Great escape from the rat race.

Baileys Bach delivered all the necessities needed for our family, with a bit of character to make it interesting. The two wee separate cabins were ideal and the neighbourhood was very safe.

Had a great stay at Jason's place, Jason and his dad were very friendly and helpful with any queries and made us feel welcome. We really appreciated the bikes and enjoyed riding around the town. The cabin was cosy and very well equipped. We would love to return

Tracey is a great host. So welcoming, great place to say everything you need. If your happy to share space with Tracey ,bathroom ,cooking etc. Bedroom is so warm and comfortable.

Gail is a friendly and engaging host. We had a lovely stay in Gail’s well equipped and relaxing cabin. We enjoyed the company of Gail’s two dogs, Chloe and Jess. The Whiritoa beach is a lovely spot and just a short distance from the cabin. Lovely general store with tasty takeaways. Highly recommended. Evan & Lizzy

Great location surrounded by native forest. Easy distance between Pauanui Beach and EV charger at Hikuwai. View from the veranda in morning is uplifting.

Beautiful place with eye catching view from window. Shane was very responsive and helpful.

Our Matariki weekend in Whangapoua was just divine. Lauryn made everything easy and the cabin was super cute, well set up and private with everything we needed. Views were incredible, just a couple minutes walk to the beach and beautiful tracks. Highly recommend for a beachy getaway in a prime spot. Loved it! 🤩 P.S. We stole some lemons. Sorry. 🫶

Can't rate my stay highly enough. The place was spotless, peaceful and Whangapoua Beach was beautiful. Michelle was so accommodating even assisting us with some oil and teabags when we forgot to bring our own (kitchen includes pots, pans, a burner etc but the rest is BYO). Super friendly and helpful hosts. I hope to be back again someday.

The lavender cottage looked even nicer than the pictures. The gardens were beautiful and loved all the fresh fruits! Would definitely stay again!

Superb stay. The accommodation is very stand alone and well and truly away from the main house. The bed was super comfy, the view is to die for and we liked the fact the shower and toilet are outside the main room. We have already booked again!

Lovely relaxing stay. Very comfortable with everything we needed. We also didn’t realise till after booking the upstairs was booked separately but arrival we met the nice couple staying upstairs who were respectful of the space and wore bare feet to limit noise.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful location with pretty surrounds including rows of lavender, calves and an avocado orchard. The cottage itself is a real gem with natural timbers, high quality bedding, lovely cotton robes and everything you need. Its decorated with an elegant and minamailst style. Our hosts go above and beyond with providing fruit and breakfast and other little treats like chocolate. It has a relaxed feel here and we felt the wow factor when entering. Thanks so much, will return for sure. Sue is a kind host who is helpful and was accommodating with our needs.
