Villa vacation rentals in Tha Wang Tan

An absolute steal deal and a wonderful place along with an amazing host. We were travelling with an infant and the house was spacious enough to accomodate all 7 of us, including the baby. The quaint chirping of birds to wake up to, spick and span house when we entered and everything was exactly as described. No hidden surprises that could cause a holiday to go bad. The host was proactive with clear instructions and was always available and responsive when we needed anything answered. The location is just perfect, nestled between temples, night markets a plenty and good gentry around due to Marriot, Movenpick, Intercontinental just a stones throw away. I really wish this place had a pool and it would be like a 5 star listing for sure. Looking to revisit soon. Just loved the hospitality and the overall experience. The environment is very green, the place is large and quiet, a good place to rest, the owner and the butler are very friendly, there is a cleaning lady who comes to clean every day, it feels like home.

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Highly recommend this house! I had a fantastic stay—the host was incredibly supportive and friendly. The house was clean and located in an amazing area (takes 3 mins walk to weekend street market). Their responsiveness made my visit even more enjoyable!

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Super great stay!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

This is the most welcoming host I have ever encountered, he did his best for us. This villa is a very rare experience, and it is the most surprising place I have stayed in my entire trip to Thailand.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

This has to be one of our favourite stays ever! The villa is fantastic for a couple - clean, private, with a beautiful pool and great surroundings. Special shout out to Ploysi and her mother. Ploysi went out of her way to help us even though she was not in the country, and her mother kept sending us fruits and coconut water to make us feel right at home! The caretaker, Wee, is also sweet and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. :)

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!
