The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Great place for working

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

Brilliant stay

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Nararat's place was a wonderful home away from home. She was very accommodating for my daughter providing a high chair, plates, silverware, and a sleeping cushion for her. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with easily accessible shops nearby to walk to for making meals at home. This accommodation served my family well as we spent our week in Chiang Mai. If my family goes back to Chiang Mai, I will be happy to book this house again.

We had a wonderful stay – the place was cosy, safe, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The 15m crystal-clear pool was a real highlight. Our spacious bedroom with en-suite, plus an extra bathroom and chill-out air conditioning, made everything super comfortable. Really happy with the experience and we’ll definitely see Carsten again!

Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. However, it is not a linoleum, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the window is a wooden window, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

The host was very friendly and kind to us, the check-in environment was comfortable, there was a washing machine that could provide laundry for travelers staying for multiple days, it was a very good place to stay👍🏻

We had a wonderful time in Chiang Mai, the house is clean and comfortable, there is a beautiful yard, we can exercise, the bird language is fragrant, the host is very kind and helpful, because the plane is late, we arrived in Chiang Mai already at 11pm, the host came to pick us up at the airport, the return is the early flight, the host sent us in the early morning.Enthusiastically recommend us places to visit and drive us over.Thank you so much for your help. Will stay here again in Chiang Mai next time.

The guest house was very comfortable, clean and well set up. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I slept very well in the comfortable bed in the air conditioned bedroom, waking to birdsong from the garden and nearby trees. The house is in a peaceful, rural setting but quick and easy to reach by taxi, motorbike or car from Chiang Mai. There is a nice walk to the nearby village, passing a riding stables and farmland. I much enjoyed my short stay here.

I stayed with my family at Mi Ya's house for a week, and it was fantastic. We have four small children and felt very safe and welcome. There is so much to do closeby. We loved going to the climbing gym and the little lion bookshop, both a very close grab-ride away. Mi Ya was so kind and welcoming, always responsive at all hours of the day for any questions we had. We felt at home and would feel so grateful to visit again!
