Beach house vacation rentals in Texel

We liked Ron's place very much. Everything was as described. The living space was significantly larger than the photos suggested. The house is very centrally located, close to supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The way to the beach is also quite short. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed in their lovely home with your two kids, we didn't have the best weather but still enjoyed our stay. The location is lovely and the home is spacious, clean and well kept. We used the bikes once to go shopping for a few little items when we didn't feel like taking the car and played some midget golf with the kids. We had a lovely stay.

I would like to thank Lindsey very much, we had a nice stay throughout and an uncomplicated check-in and out. The communication could not have gone better, you always got a quick response from Lindsey and at check-in she also received us personally. We arrived significantly late because the road was quite crowded, but that was also no problem for them. We had a really very nice time. We really liked the cottage. The location is totally great and you only need 1-2 minutes to the train station, the ferry or the beach. The only small flaw is the temperature of the house on warm days. Since you sleep under the roof, it is really very warm - you should be prepared for that. Apart from that, the house was well equipped and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay! The accommodation is stylishly furnished, especially the brand new and high quality kitchen delighted us. Even beach toys for the children were available. The beach is in about 15 minutes walking distance, which was perfect for relaxing days by the sea. The location is also great – both Amsterdam and Alkmaar are easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping the ordinary. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. Our stay started with a communication error, Vincent had little opportunity to prepare the accommodation, after that everything went smoothly. Beautiful accommodation on a beautiful area - especially for families with children many offers. 10 minutes' walk across the dunes to a wonderful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed for a very spontaneous weekend with baby and toddler in Amira's chalet. Spacious, simple, tasteful and absolutely clean ! The 4 of us immediately felt comfortable and had a great weekend in Petten. I had actually imagined it smaller, so I was positively surprised. Amira was always just a message away, with questions I usually got a friendly answer and help within a few minutes. If we end up in Petten again, then definitely go back to Amira's chalet ! Absolutely recommended ♥️ An oven would still have been fantastic, but if you had looked at the conditional instructions for the smart microwave, you would certainly have gotten something there. We thoroughly enjoyed it! See you soon 👋

Small, clean chalet with beautiful spacious outdoor space. It is located in a vacation park, where you can get fresh bread/ice cream/snacks. Bradley responded quickly and kindly to our questions. In short: a successful stay!

We had a great time at the house! The completely fenced garden is great for dogs and in the house you will find everything you need. Lisa and Mike are very warm and uncomplicated hosts, we will be happy to come back!

A very neat and very cozily furnished holiday home. The kitchen is very fully equipped and sparkling clean! There is a spacious parking and you can also store bicycles safely and dry. Very cozy garden! Desirée, the friendly host, is very approachable and responds almost immediately to questions. We have had a very nice holiday here! Thank you, Desirée!

The stay at Desirée's was wonderful. The place was exactly as expected and very nicely located - quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The beach is minutes away. Great, thanks for having us!

The three of us ( my mother, me and my son of 4) had a lovely weekend in the cottage beach found at Desiree and Wouter. The cottage was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Given the location in the Koog, a great base from which to see a lot of Texel and also to be able to go to the beach. It's a real feeling of being away from it all. Desiree provided all the necessary tips in advance and responds super quickly, even during the stay. In addition, the cottage has nice books about the history of jutting on Texel. Bakker Wouter makes delicious cinnamon rolls and croissants on Sunday, which we ate back on the ferry. Thank you very much for the perfect weekend!

Super cozy, lovingly furnished and very clean accommodation. Within walking distance of the village center and beach and yet in a quiet location. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and available if needed or for questions. We will be happy to come back again and felt very comfortable.

Robert received us very kindly. We had a super nice stay with our two children who could also play nicely in the spacious garden! Everything was very clean, nice spaces and pleasant kitchen. Ideal that there is a shed for the bikes.

Had a wonderful week! Highly recommended to go! We were with 2 small kids and the space was perfect for it. Lovely outdoor space and enough space to play inside. The bedrooms are also spacious enough for cribs. All amenities were available for a pleasant stay. It's very tidy and you'll feel at home soon! Even an outdoor spot at the bakery spot to sit down and for the children to be outside. Plenty of nice things to do all around and in De Koog! Also, the hosts Desirée and Wouter are friendly and quick to respond to your messages. Definitely a place to come back to.

Ideal for my purposes: Stable wifi for working, parking in front of the door, private entrance, beautiful views of the water from the laptop/table. By car, lightning fast on the nearest main road and thus quickly in the next town. Everything very clean. I recommend the place for business trips. Ankit also provided all check-in details via text message. Communication top!

Top location, attentive and friendly owners and a nice clean cottage. And not to mention: what a bonus to have their great tasty bakery on the property with nice seating. I could just come back here!
