Perfect for a small getaway! Very peaceful and lovely home.

From the moment the reservation was complete she was communicative. The place was exactly as described and it was a pleasant stay: peaceful, private, and perfect!

We have stayed at the ranch 2 years in a row for our Bass Tournament on Hubbard Creek Lake. An easy 15-20 minute drive to the lake and plenty of parking for 3 trucks with Bass boats. The sleeping arrangements also work out well for multiple men to each have their own beds so any hunting or camping trips work great with this place. The kitchen and outdoor areas are great as well sitting on top of a hill overlooking the ranch. Highly recommend.

We had 13 guests total, and there was enough space for all of us. The house, guest house and Casita were all cozy and well decorated. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Check in was easy and the property was just as described. It's private and serene. This is a country house, so expect to drive down a bit of dirt road, and you will get a few critters. The house is about 10 minutes from town and 5-10 minutes from the wineries and breweries. We had no problem calling an Uber to transport us into town. We all loved the layout so much we are thinking of coming back in the winter for my husband's Birthday.

We had the BEST time! Staying in the guest house at a working horse ranch was more than accommodations, it was an experience! The guest house was well furnished (we cooked our own meals) and the western decor really gave us the Ft. Worth experience we were looking for. Our host was kind and helpful. She gave us a tour and answered all our questions. The boys in our party enjoyed fishing for (and catching!) bass in the ponds. We fed the ducks (food was provided) and watched the horses run in the pastures. The whole property is full of character. Highly recommend!

The house and property are lovely. We enjoyed the beautiful porches and views. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the TVs in the bedrooms. The barn was so much fun. We loved all the games. Overall it was a lovely time.

This little ranch is absolutely amazing and exactly what you need if you’re looking for some peace and time away from the fast life!! Ranch owners are sweet and the most helpful/genuine people. These rooms are immaculate! (We stayed in the cabanas but saw the barn loft and cabin too). Beautiful place and the experience is too good to be captured in photos. We also met some other guests, who were very nice and will become lifelong friends. Great place for a couple getaway but we will be going back with kids because it’s perfect for a little family getaway as well.. for kids of all ages.

We did a group/couples weekend here and never left the house. This property is everything, it’s serene, the house is spacious and makes you feel right at home. The place is private,aesthetically pleasing and clean. The beds & furniture are comfortable and the overall flow of the home allowed everyone to be together as well as enjoy their own personal space. The pool and outdoor space was phenomenal! Alvaro was kind, accommodating, always responsive and just all around very personable. We highly recommend this listing and hope to return yearly to enjoy all it had to offer.

For those who are looking for a unique experience, the bubble is beautiful, and definitely worth it! We spent the Memorial weekend there, and it was a great stay! The bubble has AC, but unfortunately when the sun is too hot, it does get warm inside, which for us it wasn’t a problem because we spent the day at the lake and the pool (which btw is awesome), but if you are planning just staying at the bubble all day, I wouldn’t recommend booking on summer! 🙃 But highly recommended any other time! The place is amazing and the hosts are great! A lovely stay!

This was by far over our expectations. The house and location are perfect for anyone who needs to get away from every day life. By far one of the nicest places we ever stayed. Highly recommended from the Bakers.

Our stay was great! The cabin is very cozy and tiny but as expected and looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and it had everything we needed, just make sure and bring some of your own kitchen utensils if you plan to be cooking often. Karim was a great host and was very responsive and flexible to us when we asked for early check-in which was much appreciated. The facilities are very peaceful and well maintained! We enjoyed everything there was to offer!

This was our second time staying at the ranch for our annual family sleepover, and we had a great time. We had a problem with the AC, and Srivani was quick to respond and got someone out to fix it right away. The backyard is beautiful and was the perfect place to hang out and have fun family time in the pool.

An amazing private getaway in a cozy cabin, set with necessities and amenities that you could ask for. Joyce was an amazing and thoughtful host that was able to accommodate my stay the day off, would absolutely recommend this listing if you’re in the dfw area away from the city surrounded by peace and tranquility.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, it was peaceful and relaxing while watching the horses. This place is very quiet and off the beaten path. Being around the horses the whole time was the highlight for us and we enjoyed walking around with them and feeding them carrots.

Excellent accommodations which exceeded my expectations. Container homes felt larger than pictured and were comfortable for my partner, myself, and 2 pups. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the kitchen amenities included such as an induction heating pan and microwave. Also enjoyed the firewood and s’mores provided. Great stay.

Felt right at home. We love Christoval and enjoyed spending our anniversary there. Pool was perfect and we loved mornings on the porch. Will definitely be back!

Our group of 6 had a lovely stay at the Reindeer Oasis Ranch. The location is remote but we look for places that are outside of the city so we can see stars, satellites and on this trip we saw Starlink satellites which was very cool! There are many things to do and lots of space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, appliances and seasonings. Great view out back of an open field with deer each morning and evening. The fire pit is HUGE and we were only able to use it once because it was too windy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others and possibly stay here again.

We rented Walt's place for my son's wedding one month before the event. We were looking for a venue that would allow our small wedding party and Walt was very accommodating. He was responsive and helpful as we worked to get our guestlist finalized. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. We used the large house for our guests to stay in and could have hosted more by expanding to the barn if needed. The building is comfortable and the pool was the best. Walt is very friendly and was helpful with any of my requests. We were sad to leave and really would love to return in the future if possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to host a larger group looking for a peaceful and private place.

We stayed at Davids home on 130 acres in Boerne, TX, and it was incredible. The views are absolutely stunning—some of the prettiest in Texas—and you can explore the whole property. It feels totally private and peaceful, but it’s just a short drive to town, which is super convenient. The house itself is cozy with a cool, laid-back vibe, and the hot tub was a huge bonus—especially at night under the stars. We spent hours walking the land, watching sunsets, and just soaking in the quiet. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy Hill Country at its best. Highly recommend! We will be back

Lovely little place to get off the beaten path and enjoy the birds and the quiet. The porch in the evenings is great. Definitely beats a hotel! Samantha is also fabulous at communicating and accommodating. Hope our crew can stay here again in 2026!
