Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Super-equipped. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, I rent parking for a low price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I'm booking the whole weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.
