Vacation rentals with beach access in Teşvikiye

Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

The location and view were great, quiet and peaceful. The host was also very interested and helpful.

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Mr. Kıvanç managed to make us happy by moving our check-in time to an earlier time before we even arrived on the island 🥰 The great terrace and view enchanted us. Everything was thought of in the house and there was nothing missing. It was very clean and tidy. We highly recommend it to anyone considering Heybeli Island. we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

The house was just like the photos. The aura was magnificent. We loved everything. We enjoyed it a lot because we love terraces. In addition, our host Mr. Emre helped us with everything and offered us all the opportunities to have a good experience. It was very easy to reach in terms of location, we got off right in front of the bungalow at the end of a period of 40 minutes with buses passing through the center. The staff provided very kind and descriptive communication. The hot tub was in use, there were necessary supplies for the barbecue, the furniture of the house was new and spotless, everything was as it appeared in the photos, the view was very nice. It was calm as a neighborhood and close to everything you need. Air conditioning was sufficient for heating. We were very satisfied, we would like to come again in the summer season ☺️

Ms. Bahar is a really friendly and wonderful person, she was very helpful to us before and after we arrived, she gave us quick answers to every question we asked, she is a very nice person, we would like to thank her, if you want to stay here, you can stay comfortably without any questions in your mind

Our stay was just great! Incredible host and incredible house You feel yourself like in a castle there, house a big and so nice equipped. Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

The location is amazing! Even better than the photos. There is a very sweet neighborhood dog who will come and sleep on the porch each night. It’s very quiet and very peaceful and easy walk down the hill to the coffee shop and the main thoroughfare. Our host was very responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
