Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. As it is in the old town, it doesn’t have a parking space on-site; however, we provide parking at Autosilo Al Lago/Migros. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. This beautiful, newly built two family house with spectacular views of Lago Maggiore, Ronco, Italy, Ascona and Locarno will take your breath away. The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.

Casa Cecilia, a house of the late 1800s, full of happiness to share. We renovated it with great care while maintaining an authentic and welcoming ambience. The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

A mini small studio that has everything to be happy in the smallest space. If you want to spend your Ticino holidays cheaply, this is the place to be. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at Füssen, the valleys and the centers ( Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport, as well as the markets in Italy. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the small studio for one person only.

The house is located in the historic center, in a sunny area, the apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the village. Parking is free, train station is a 3-minute walk. Nearby there are services such as grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and grottos, hairdresser and pharmacy.
