It is ideal for two FAMILIES as the bedrooms are grouped two on the ground floor with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with a door and another two with a full bathroom on the upper floor. The living room kitchen is integrated in a large environment with two expansion terraces that allow you to choose both sun or shade, breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

The house is for 8 people. It's divided into two forms. The main body of the house has two bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms, it has separate two rooms and one more bathroom, this makes it ideal for 2 family groups as it provides added independence. Hot air conditioning in all rooms.

It is located on the first floor by staircase (short stretch with railing) It is a bright and spacious environment with a very spacious bathroom. It has a deck with a separate grill.
