Vacation rentals with beach access in Ternate

We had a great stay at Carola Condominium in Pico de Loro. The unit was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The host was kind and very responsive, and the caretaker was always smiling and helpful. The location was stunning — surrounded by nature, with access to the beach and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed with a family of five, enough beds for all. Clean unit. All essential things were available.

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The place is spacious and cozy. Highly recommended. Sir Japhet is very accommodating and responsive.

This is my 2nd time at Pico, but my 1st time staying at Michelle’s place! The view was absolutely amazing, and we really had a great stay. If I could rate it 100/100, I totally would! Their service was impeccable, and they responded to me right away. The room was so much more spacious compared to the first Airbnb I stayed at in Pico. They even helped me out when I left my phone charger and went above and beyond to send it back to me. Big thanks to Michelle and her caretaker, Raquel, for being the best!

We had a great stay at Mylene’s place. The unit is very spacious and is in perfect condition. Geraldine, the caretaker was also very responsive. We just had a little hiccup getting in when the guard asked for an endorsement letter but was easily resolved when Mylene talked to him over the phone. We had a fun and relaxing stay, will surely be back.

The place is good, it is clean and well maintained, the location is very private and quiet, the host is very responsive and considerate. The only thing that gives us a little inconvenience is going to the beach because it would take a 10mins ride from the place and there is no access to a cottage where you can put our things and also no cr and shower room.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the villa. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The villa is spacious and had plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate our large group. Louie was also very responsive, and the caretaker was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay here at Sir Randi’s house. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the beach since connected sya from the house. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The rooms are clean, aircons are cool despite the heat outside, CRs are clean and they provided complete toiletries. The masters bedroom has a great view of the beach which is very nice. As for the accessibility of buying food, location is near the groceries and there are fishermen selling fresh seafoods sa may beach. Caretakers are very helpful to us. They offered a paluto so we can enjoy swimming na lang. All in all, we had an unforgettable experience at this house. We recommend this place….

Great host The caretakers were really nice The place was surprisingly PERFECT But the beach ugh we had jellyfish stings Very “mabato” You should be ready and wear aqua shoes to enjoy it We found a spot near the cave And it wasnt as rocky there. Overall GREAT PLACE WE LOVED VER’s HOUSE

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated the little extras like fresh towels, coffee, and clear instructions for everything in the house. Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

Baron' place was very spacious and big for the price we paid. It was also very clean. It has a big veranda that is perfect for sunrise with a perfect view. The master's bedroom was also the same, the view was very aesthetic. It was way bigger than what we expected. There are also a lot of folding beds that can be used. The aircon was also working fine. The CR' heater was also working well. Ate Rowena, the caretaker was also very responsive as well as Baron. Overall, it was worth the price and highly recommended. We will be back next time for sure :)

Totally worth it. Spacious for a family of four. Water dispenser doesn't get cold. But no worries, because there's a pitcher you can put inside the ref.
