Apartment well located, close to everything in the Alto neighborhood. I did not like the concierge not to allow parking in the ground floor parking, even though it had spaces asked to place on the second or third floor of parking and as it was with an elderly person the wheelchair was on the ground floor and the accessibility was not consistent. The apartment was clean with the full description of the listing and impeccable. Another negative point is the TV that we do not have access to, Everything has to be subscribed. The housekeeper showed up on the day of check out before 8 am and we would leave at 12 noon, I found it inconvenient to be disturbed. Stripping the setbacks, all right. I'll come back more times

Perfect apartment! Really newly built. The building is brand new. The apartment is exactly as described in the photos, with emphasis on the excellent location. Pharmacy in front, gas station next door, markets and extremely close to all the city's sights.

We had immediate feedback from all communication. Location right in the center where you can find everything. Bakery, restaurant, church, pharmacy, bars, produce. Feirinha do Alto and everything with the convenience of walking. Everything functional inside the house. We will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is cozy and very well located, you can do everything on foot. The host is friendly and responds quickly. I recommend it and would come back.

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

The place is Amazing! I spent the weekend celebrating Valentine's Day and it was perfect. Isolated, quiet location, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The outdoor area is very cozy, I confess that it was the part that I stayed the most. I just missed something to light the barbecue, because due to the wet/cold weather, the wood is more difficult to light for the fireplace. Besides, there is nothing to declare. The host is super helpful, every time I sent a message I was answered. I received clear directions on how to get there. The environment is calm and safe, with plenty of space to walk outside the residence. I will come back more often for sure!

The stay was great, the location of the house is good for those who don't want to be exactly in the center, but in a quieter place and close to nature, but still with great access to the city center. The flexibility in check-in and check-out times was very convenient. Zezé and Gilmara welcomed us very well! The only problem I had was because of my allergic rhinitis, which attacks very easily, although the house was very clean, I had an allergy in the house. I think it might have been a duvet that had probably been stored for a while or something else in the bed. But even so, it was good, we were able to enjoy it well, without worries.

Magazine house. Very cozy. Well-lit bathrooms. Super-equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean. My family and I liked it very much and it was a wonderful and happy weekend. Betina always responds quickly. Congratulations. And the caretaker, Mr. Toninho, was very attentive.

We went in a group of 20 people, everyone enjoyed the house a lot, spacious, clean, beautiful and lots of options. The staff members were very helpful and excellent professionals. The only problem is the number of bathrooms, even with 20 people, everyone had to share, with 24 people it would be even worse. There is a bathroom under construction on the first floor, but there would still be one or two more to go on the upper floor to be ideal. The house can perfectly accommodate 16 people. Otherwise, everything is very good. We'll be back soon, excellent value for money.

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all the leisure infrastructure and close to all the shops. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TVs and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

We were delighted with the apartment! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, organized and super cozy. The location is also excellent, making our tours much easier. I also highlight the attention and care of the host, always available and helpful in everything we need. It was definitely a great experience. I recommend it!

And my favorite space and whenever I can I'll be there. Very close to the center, you can walk. Quiet street with a bakery, market and produce store. And bus station for those who don't have a car. I loved being there again. I'll be back for sure.
