Perfect apartment! Really newly built. The building is brand new. The apartment is exactly as described in the photos, with emphasis on the excellent location. Pharmacy in front, gas station next door, markets and extremely close to all the city's sights.

My husband and I chose this apartment to spend the Easter holiday and it was an excellent choice! The location is perfect, it's on the main street, close to everything, and we were able to do all the walking tours. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well organized and with all the necessary items for a quiet and comfortable stay. I would like to make a special mention of the hostess, Nathália, who was extremely helpful throughout the stay. She was always available, very kind, proactive and even had super flexibility with the checkout time, which allowed us to make better use of our last day in the city. Without a doubt, we'll stay again in the same place. We recommend with your eyes closed. You won't regret it!

The apartment is cozy and very well located, you can do everything on foot. The host is friendly and responds quickly. I recommend it and would come back.

I loved the apartment, it has a good location (the neighborhood is great, close to several tourist spots that you can walk to), quiet and peaceful. It was very organized, clean and I had no problems. I went in the cold season and what saved me was the shower, lol, very good and very hot. The condominium is also very quiet.

The hosts are very polite and attentive, we love the stay, the environment is very organized and clean and extremely beautiful!

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

The place is Amazing! I spent the weekend celebrating Valentine's Day and it was perfect. Isolated, quiet location, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The outdoor area is very cozy, I confess that it was the part that I stayed the most. I just missed something to light the barbecue, because due to the wet/cold weather, the wood is more difficult to light for the fireplace. Besides, there is nothing to declare. The host is super helpful, every time I sent a message I was answered. I received clear directions on how to get there. The environment is calm and safe, with plenty of space to walk outside the residence. I will come back more often for sure!

We rented the house for a family holiday and it exceeded expectations. Hosts are super available and polite. The house is great, it has a large living room that allows the whole family to gather, a beautiful garden and a covered play area, which can be used even in the rain. For those who want to visit the Teresópolis market, with a good disposition you can walk. Our pets loved the space and were very safe, as the house is all walled. We loved it!

Our stay was quiet! Maurício was generous with the checkout. Mrs. Zezé was welcoming. We had very happy and pleasant days. The shower has very hot water for the cold weather. The fireplace needs to be reviewed, but we saw that they are looking for a solution, we hope when we return we can use it with satisfaction.

We had a pleasant weekend! The house is beautiful, well maintained and with a beautiful view of nature. Marluce is attentive and always responded quickly. We like it very much and we hope to go back!

We gave you all the instructions and made everything as easy as possible, as well as being super polite, kind and extremely easy to communicate. The house is a dream, much better than the photos of the listing! All clean, tidy and in very good taste. The bathroom is spacious which makes mobility easier. Great Internet for working and watching movies and series. The backyard with the barbecue, wood stove, showers, fruit trees, plants and flowers is beautiful! Walled td house perfect for child safety and pet! The brook in the background and calm and clean! It was days of peace and a lot of joy, we and our pet love every second! I highly recommend it!

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well maintained, I, as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a superhost! We'll be back for sure.
