A small but very well distributed house, the room will be collected PRI could have air conditioning, it is located within a private estate so it offers a lot of security. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our concerns, she was always available, my stay was very short so I could not enjoy all the amenities offered by this accommodation but it is definitely highly recommended

An excellent place to stay, everything in perfect condition, clean and more than fair for the price.

Accommodation that matches the images shown. It has mosquito nets on doors and windows, so for me it's a plus. It fulfills absolutely all the functions of an apartment because it has a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, so the heat wasn't an issue. There's a shop and an Oxxo you can walk to. And the mall is also very close by car. Accessible and quiet area, I will definitely come back if I stay in Tepic again.

We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which we had not received in other Airbnbs. He was always attentive to our messages, as he answered us right away. We would definitely return to Juan's house on our next visit to Tepic.
