Traditional chalet Julia! A bus station is right in front of the house and you can get to the great ski and hiking area of Saas- Grund within 12 minutes. Ski resorts such as Saas-Fee or attractions such as the Brigerbad thermal bath are also easily accessible. Italy 35 km. The Chalet has an infrared sauna, washing machine with dryer, fondue & raclette set, TV & fast internet. You should save a bit of hot water. After about 4 short showers, wait about 1 st again. Village without tourists !!

3 Minuten Fussmarsch ab Bahnhof, kostenloser Privatparkplatz 290 m entfernt vorhanden. Unser Mehrfamilienhaus besteht aus mehreren Wohnungen an erhöhter Lage und ist in ein paar wenigen Schritten vom Dorfkern aus über das typische Gässchen des Walliserdorfes gut erreichbar, kein Autoverkehr, Einkaufsgeschäft 20 Meter entfernt. 2023 wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett fertig renoviert und modernisiert. Inkl. Waschmaschine. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich.

Our newly renovated 4.5 room holiday apartment is located in the Matter Valley in the village of St. Niklaus. It is equipped for 5-6 people and is the ideal starting point for the ski resorts of Grächen and Zermatt. In summer it is centrally located for countless hikes and bike tours. 50 m next to the apartment is the bus stop for Grächen or also to the nearby St. Niklaus train station. My place is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. In the Saas Valley, adults must pay 10.5 Fr. in the summer and children between 6 and 16 years 5.25 Fr. In this price all buses in the valley and practically all cable cars can be used free of charge. In winter the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price, the ski bus is free in winter.
