Loft vacation rentals in Tennessee River

Perfect for our needs of a long weekend. Neighborhood was walkable. Restaurants were walkable. Enjoyed a meal at the Common Ground. Carolyn was very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described.

We were in town for a concert at The Basement East and this location was perfect. We had a 4 minute commute. It was also close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and our favorite, breweries. We had a perfect stay and the bed was so comfortable. I loved having my coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds and saying hello to the host's kitties. Great little spot.

Place was perfect, exactly as described. Easy commute to downtown! Plenty of shopping and places to eat around the area! Will def be back!

Second time here in Franklin at this beautiful loft. Perfect walking distance to everything downtown and clean and well stocked. Loved our time here and will be back!

Great inviting place but not really close to a store. Couple of miles to the store did find a Shell station not far from the house but that place was a bit sketch…overall a good place to lay my head! That’s about all I did while I was there!! Too busy going to concerts and having fun!

Perfect studio apartment for 1-2 people. Easy access to the apartment through the garage, which is open parking for the guest. The bathroom was very well-appointed with a great shower and fluffy towels and the bed was very comfy. The proximity to UNA cannot be beat. Very few accommodations in Florence will have you this close to campus. Katie was a great host and was very responsive. We already have future dates booked at this charming spot!

This place is an amazing place to stay. We felt right at home. Pictures don’t do justice. Instructions were accurate. Convenient walking distance to and from broadway. Definitely will be returning next time we’re in Nashville. For those who are considering staying here. Follow the instructions from the host. It will be very helpful. Was everything that she said it was. Was within easy walking distance to the ryman, which I what I was looking for.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect—within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌟

I loved the location and the unit was actually so pretty and clean. I will say if you’re traveling for work and trying to get any kind of sleep this is probably not the place to stay lol. The neighbors were insanely noisy, and it seemed i could hear everything going on upstairs no matter the time of day. Aside from that, if im traveling for leisure next time i would stay again!

We had a great stay here! The space was absolutely immaculate, and very well appointed. It is quite a bit larger than it appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is quiet and effective. Linda met us for check-in, even though we had a delayed flight and arrived after 2 AM. she gave us very clear instructions about the place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, full of very charming houses and bars and restaurants. It was about about a half hour walk to downtown, which was an enjoyable walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stunning, well-designed and beautiful space in a convenient location. Lovely apartment with beautiful design, furniture, lighting, and décor. You can tell the space with expertly designed and planned. Feels like a magazine set. Décor is modern, but feels very comfortable and homey. Includes full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Highly recommend a stay here. Be aware unit is on second floor and walkway/steps were a little slippery from wet leaves. It took us a few tries to get the key code to work, but we finally figured it out. Unit only had 1 roll of TP and paper towels, so maybe stock up before you arrive. There is a Publix and Kroger located within a short drive. Would stay here again.

Nicole’s apartment is a great spot for a short break in Nashville. It’s super close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. The apartment is safe and clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful Airbnb experience. The loft is impeccably clean and decorated. There's a lot of storage space, the kitchen is pretty stocked, and it was nice to have access to a washer & dryer during our visit. The location is fantastic-- walkable to great East Nashville spots, like Coral Club and Dino's! We loved our trip and highly recommend this Airbnb for future visitors.
