Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tendring District

We chose this property because it was all on one level, which was needed for Mother in Law. It was spacious and accessible in all areas. The Greyhound pub just around the corner is well worth a visit. The added bonus to our stay was the lovely patio area, complete with garden furnature at the back of the property. A beautiful place to sit and listen to the song thrush and a host of other birds while enjoying an early morning cuppa or sipping drinks as the sun goes down in the evening. this is definitely going to be added to our 'go to' properties should we return to the area.

I stayed at this location while looking after my father, who was staying in a nearby care home. The room was well-equipped, with a small fridge and linens. The downstairs laundry was clean and free to use, and the shared kitchen was clean and always available. Ali, the on-premises caretaker was quick to answer questions, and help out, including when I had to have some equipment delivered to the apartment complex. One note was that the lifts weren't working when I was there -- the apartment block has three floors and so if you need it to be accessible, you should check before booking to see whether this has been fixed.

Lovely spacious and comfortable property with great views of the river and Sutton Hoo. We really enjoyed the river walks and proximity to Woodbridge.

Lovely accommodation and everything we needed for our short break. The owner was present when we arrived and was very helpful about things to do. We had a really good time and there was plenty of things to do.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

This was our third time staying at Heidi's place - we love it! And the little touches that Heidi leaves make it even more special - after a long drive, getting in with our dog, to find a bowl of water already out waiting for him makes a huge difference! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Elm Tops is absolutely beautiful, big rooms and spotlessly clean. Its in a very peaceful location but if you want choice of places to walk to for a meal then this isn't for you. The grounds a really large but they are not fenced in at all so not good for small children. They do need a little attention but we got the feeling that this is a work in progress for the owners. However, the lawn was well tended and there are a lot of well established trees and shrubs. We would highly recommend Elm Tops for a stay in Suffolk.

excellent accommodation, great host and responsive when questions asked. would recommend some signs on the bins of what can be recycled in which bins. would have preferred Hand wash in each bathroom

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Private surroundings , throw the doors open and connect with nature. Early morning deer, rabbits, and an entertaining cock pheasant protecting his territory. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring locally and further afield. Used the foot ferry to Harwich and a glorious barge trip on the,Orwell, a beautiful river. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay.

The Giraffe House is a beautiful little home with everything you could need. I loved all the details that were so inkeeping with the theme! Bed and sofa were nice and comfy. Cathy was very welcoming and friendly, providing local information too. Very well placed, close the town, within easy walking distance which was handy for exploring. Thank you for a lovely stay

The house is absolutely stunning and Katie was a fantastic host, being super helpful and responsive with any questions we had before arriving.

Denisa was a responsive and accomodating host. Our stay at Little George was enjoyable throughout our weekend away and it met all our needs

We spent Christmas there with the family and it was just perfect! The house is huge so we all had enty of room to feel just right at home. They had Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree setup for us which was lovely. Everything was just top notch and very good quality (beds, linen, furnitures, kitchenware...). The house is just the perfect fit for a family holiday with children and also babies (there was a high chair, a bouncer, changing mat, lots of toys). We would definitely stay there again!

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

My mum and I have just returned home from a long weekend staying in the Orford Studio and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is lovely - it is the perfect size, clean and cosy and has everything you could ever need. All the little touches and extra's made us feel at home straight away - we especially loved the underfloor heating and DVD's available! The check in and out is very quick and easy and Sasha made sure that we were all okay and had everything we need. We loved the site of the studio's; we went on some walks around the fields and loved waking up to the ducks in the morning. The location of the studio's is perfect - it's so close to all the neighbouring towns and places we wanted to visit and was a perfect place to stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and already want to return - I highly recommend! Thank you!
