Margarita’s country home is a true gem! Surrounded by nature, peaceful, and beautifully maintained — it was the perfect getaway for my family. My kids absolutely loved exploring the outdoors, and we all felt so recharged after our stay. Margarita was a wonderful host, attentive and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Gorgeous, spacious and wonderful stay. Daniela was communicative and helpful through the whole process. I think it's important to note that the physical location of the property is quite different from what is listed on airbnb, as the house is beyond La Pradera and is not located in Subachoque at all.

The house is very nice and nice. It has nearby restaurants and shops such as D1 and Ara. Mr. William was always very attentive.

The house is just as it is in the photos, it has all the amenities. Andrea responds immediately when you need her, and Mayerly, the person who hands over and receives the house, is super friendly.

This property is basically brand new. It had everything you could think of for your stay. They didn’t miss anything! Hot water, fireplace, backyard, every single thing you needed like your own house! If your staying in Chia, this is a great place to stay!

It was a wonderful, quiet and enjoyable experience. My family and friends surprised me with this place for my birthday, and I didn't think I'd be so excited when I arrived. 🥹 Thanks to Liliana for her hospitality and kindness. For all those who have groups of 20+ people, this is the ideal place for a really cool weekend.

The place was perfect for us as it was walking distance to restaurants and easy access to take taxis. I would rent again in near future. Good communication with Laura and Lelio the owner.

This is a beautiful apartment with a beautiful garden outside the window, and you can see hummingbirds coming to collect honey.The neighborhood is safe, opposite a government agency, with guards on weekdays, making people feel safe.The housekeeper Jairo was very welcoming and friendly, and took me to a nearby market to taste the local fruits.The only problem is that the apartment is near the street, and the noise is loud when cars pass by, not suitable for people who need a quiet office and sleeping environment, otherwise everything else is perfect

This is the most darling and spacious studio flat (tons of room to do yoga without moving a thing!). Decorated with a lot of love. You have all you need, stylish and functional. The location is perfect, everything is walkable. And there is a wonderful choice of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

Loved this beautiful apartment and location!

We spent most of our days wandering the city, but the house was always close to many of walkable places of interest and comfortable to return to. We really loved waking up and reading on the balcony over the beautiful garden!

We will absolutely stay here again! The host is amazing, super friendly, welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. We love this neighborhood and this house is the best one. The home has a wood-burning fireplace in the living room which is great for morning and evenings. The kitchen has full sized appliances including a dishwasher, which is rare in Bogota. The laundry has full sized washer and dryer and they are separate appliances and work great…your clothes actually get dry and in a short amount of time. The rooms all have heated blankets on the beds which are amazing! We’ve stayed at other Airbnbs in Bogota and other countries and this one has everything you need to feel at home. The yard is private and beautiful. The carport is attached - a fantastic bonus for when it rains. The bbqs work great. We also love the drinking water available so we didn’t have to buy any - very helpful and generous! The host even asked if we needed more toilet paper or napkins, etc which is rare for an Air

The house is very spacious and comfortable, highly recommended if you spend several days, the exteriors are beautiful, the hosts are very attentive and helpful, there are beautiful trails, as it is a house that has hosts, you can leave the house with peace of mind, we brought competition bikes, so it was safe to leave them at home. The house is located in a complex of more houses, with neighbors that increase security. The third bedroom is independent of the house, spacious and very comfortable. In our case it was perfect that it was so, I recommend that this be specified. There is a bathroom, the social one, which should be reported that it should not be used due to problems in the drain and plumbing, but the house has more bathrooms that do not prevent that one from being used. The access road is quite steep, so there are two access options

I love this place. Such a beautiful and well-equipped house, would be great for groups. Fantastic office for working, everything in great condition and so many touches that make it like home. The neighborhood is fantastic and super walkable, security guards are great. And the host is incredibly friendly and helpful - greets you with coffee, beers and sofa in fridge and eggs and other food to get started. It is the house he grew up in and clearly takes a lot of pride in for good reason. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend.

The accommodation allows a few days of total disconnection, close to Bogotá and with easy access roads. The house is beautiful, spacious, comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. it is perfect for a few days of family sharing.
