The apartment is quietly situated at the rear of a period building, on the 4th and 5th floors. Facing south, it enjoys sunshine from morning until evening throughout the year. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything a hobby chef could wish for.

A small kitchen and shower room are integrated into a large double room with glazing to the garden (terrace with barbecue). The sleeping areas are divided by a curtain. Classic car tours or horseback riding trips are possible on request.

It is located next to a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! The sunset can be seen beautifully every day from the living room & balcony.
