Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

My home is a 2-room apartment that is centrally located and completely renovated 5 years ago. The apartment is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, other kitchen appliances and much more. It is located next to a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! The sunset can be seen beautifully every day from the living room & balcony. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nur 2 Gehminuten von einer großen Geschäftsstraße entfernt. Dort findet man viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Ein großes Kaufhaus und ein Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt und bietet tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Ambersuite und auch die Ufa-Fabrik stehen für die abendliche Unterhaltung zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig auf der Straße.
