The studio apartment is located in a quiet side street of Neukölln, within few minutes walking distance from the metro Hermannstr (U8 and Ring train). The infamous Tempelhof airfield, as well as bars, cafes and restaurants are closeby. It is located on the 4th floor and is light-flooded with windows facing north and south.

The flat is conveniently connected by public transport to the rest of the city and within 5 minutes walking distance from both U8 and Ringbahn (S41, S42, S45, S46).

The apartment for 4 P (e.g. 2 adults+ 2 children) with romantic fireplace has just been completed. A small kitchen and shower room are integrated into a large double room with glazing to the garden (terrace with barbecue). The sleeping areas are divided by a curtain. Classic car tours or horseback riding trips are possible on request.

It is located next to a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! The sunset can be seen beautifully every day from the living room & balcony. We recently bought a new TV and carpet for the living room!

Bright old apartment for two in a central location with garden in a stylish brick house. Due to the proximity to the Berlin Südkreuz train station, you have a perfect connection as well as quick access to a supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy, etc. also on Sundays and public holidays. Unfortunately, we do not have a guest parking space. Parking in the area must be paid at parking ticket machines. We therefore recommend traveling without a car.
