The house is pleasant, comfortable, cool in the heatwave. The place will be appreciated by nature lovers (birdsong, etc.) Well exposed, sheltered from the wind and close to a pond and a wood, it has a wooden terrace above the stream, a vegetable garden and a small chicken coop. The house, renovated, full of charm, is not overlooked, at the end of a path. It is 2 km from basic shops (small market on Friday).
