Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Cozy ground floor apartment with fantastic views of the Karawanks. Modernly furnished, with kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for 2 persons. Two additional guests or children can sleep on the couch. Quiet location, 20 min. by car to Klagenfurt or Villach, 12 min. to Velden am Wörthersee. The equipment includes a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The tourism region of Wörthersee- Rosental offers many cultural and sporting excursion options : Nearby are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau bike path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Enjoy the serenity of nature in our unique tiny home, just 20’ from Bled. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

The brand new cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
