A 2 rooms of 43 m2 on the first floor, refurbished. Bright, unobstructed view, most shops are on the same street and nature is less than 5 minutes walk away. The rare noises of the day are attenuated by the insulation, and at night you are totally quiet. Alone in the building, you don't bother anyone, and no one bothers you. A well thought out equipment to make sure that you do not miss anything or almost. Attention: Enter by the 20 rue de la République, it is the same building.

It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.
