Just a few meters away from Tavira’s Old Town, set in an old building that served as a convent for Cistercian nuns from as early as 1509. The building has a privileged location facing the centuries-old Tavira saltpans. Contemporary comfort and carefully-studied design are combined with modern-day facilities and services that include two saltwater swimming pools, a parking space for each unit and beautifully kept outdoor spaces. Amor-perfect Apartment

Monte da Eira is a privileged area of Tavira where you can breathe the Mediterranean atmosphere. Located in Quinta do Morgado, 2 km from the beach, the center of the historic city of Tavira is 1km away and Faro airport at 30km. The Bike path that crosses the Algarve is 500m away. Tree-lined, it has access to 2 outdoor pool areas, tennis courts and a playground for children. Inside the village there is a restaurant and bar. There is a supermarket 100m from the apartment and a medical clinic.

This charming city center apartment covers the entire second floor of the building and has four bedrooms, two living rooms and a big kitchen. Plenty of old charm with high decorated ceilings, in total 200 sq.m. The 170 sq.m private roof terrace on top has a dining area, a lounge area and an outdoor shower.
