Apartment large offers a sleeping place on approx. 108 m ², with three double beds in 3 bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room, up to 8 people. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape and slow down the stress of the city, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat-screen TV. You can expect alpaca bunk beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture due to the large window areas. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also in the room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, cutlery, pots, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bath with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hair dryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is facing southwest for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating furniture. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users (staircase). Towels, sheets and tea towels are included. The Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge.

The cultural capital of Chemnitz, the palaces of Augustusburg and Lichtenwalde can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Our lovingly furnished two-room attic apartment is quietly located in a neighborhood characterized by greenery in Chemnitz-Glösa. As a guest, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen is at your disposal. The covered balcony with south side invites you to relax in summer. In the daylight bathroom there is a tub and shower. A parking space is also available.

The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Chemnitz and explore the city and the beautiful surroundings from here. The apartment is nicely spacious for two people, but three or four people can also sleep comfortably thanks to the pull-out sofa bed.
