Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

🌿 Welcome to the "Little Nature Oasis Klingen" – your romantic retreat in the charming Tauber Valley. Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment invites you to escape everyday life and unwind amidst gentle natural surroundings. Enjoy relaxing hours in the private sauna for two and recharge your energy. With a generous 70 m² of space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests. It's ideal for couples seeking relaxation, but also perfect for small families – including pets.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

Bright, well-equipped with private sauna

On 82 square meters, the "Maisonette Baugut" offers exclusive equipment over 2 floors. A light-filled living area, a private sauna with exclusive bathroom invites you to relax. Located in a quiet, stylish, and individually designed. An idyllic courtyard with barbecue facilities will delight it. The duplex is suitable for couples, small families, friends who want to explore the Würzburg and the landscape of the area. The maissonette is also allowed!

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
