The central business district is just a 2 minute walk away where you will find an array of café's, bars, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities. The apartment is quiet and private with a beautiful garden outlook and sleeps a couple plus one in comfort. Children stay free. There is a designated on-street car park directly in front of the house. With The Abel Tasman, and Nelson Lakes National Parks just a 1.5 hour drive, this is a fantastic location from which to explore the Nelson region. We assume that guests will be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and we can not accept bookings from unvaccinated people

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880's villa just 10 min walk to the historical cathedral with cafés, alfresco dining & famous Nelson Saturday market close by. I'm also near the Maitai river with cycle-paths, walks, swimming & picnics. I have a little private outdoor garden area with table & chairs, BBQ Grill, fresh herbs, grapes & feijoas. My place sleeps 2 in comfort, the bathroom is en suite. If you are 3, there is also a fold-out chair bed and extra bedding. Enjoy!
