comfortable & clean & accomodating - place that feels very homey in a quiet neighborhood with many fruit trees. there is a small yard, 2 rooms, a private toilet, fridge and microwave. the shower is always warm with hot water, it is officially semi-shared with the family but we never had an conflict or problem - they only clean it when we weren't there., quite the contrary we loved meeting the family and they were very open and available for cultural exchange and hospitality just like we've experienced all over uzbekistan. if you want a sterile hotel - go for it.. but if you want a real uzbek experience in tashkent - this is as good as it gets especially for such a great price. thank you!!

What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. Good kitchen, bedrooms and guest area. Thanks Akramjan! Wishing you the best.

We were completely delighted with our stay at Alexey's place! He is a very nice conversationalist, caring host and all round really nice man. Everything was very comfortable and clean in the house. Comfortable large beds and complete silence at night. We slept very well! We stayed with his daughter and she also really liked everything. She asked him to give him 10 points, and preferably 100😄 I will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Tashkent. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi. Nearby there is a shop with everything you need and a cafe with delicious pilaf

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially liked this place because it had a separate bedroom (i.e., it wasn't just a studio apartment like some others in this price range). The host was very responsive to any questions or issues I had and offered some suggestions on where to eat. The place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a month, my wife and I really liked everything, the apartment is clean, large, has everything you need. Zilola is very responsive, always available and ready to help with everything. There is a basket near the apartment, everything is within walking distance. Everything is exactly as in the photos, cleaning once a week. Recommended.

Place had amazing view both main floor and on roof top, roof top is quiet large and makes for great outdoor space . Well staked amenities and a close proximity white mosque .

I loved staying at Alisher’s place 🩵 The apartment was clean, spacious and looked even better in person. Alisher was very kind, responsive and helpful and made me feel welcome. Apartment has everything you need - coffee, tea, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, cleaning supplies, AC, wifi, supplies for cooking etc. Wifi is fast and you can easily work online. The neighbourhood is also nice, peaceful and has shops, restaurants, bazaar and metro in walkable distance. I really recommended this place! :)

Host was extremely flexible due to me arriving earlier than check in and then leaving extremely early on my last day to catch a train. No problems except for a wifi issue that was caused by building construction. Great location and everything you need!

I rented Agzamjons apartment and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need to feel comfortable and at home. The appartment is as described and in the pictures. The most important was the excellent communication with Alina - she's very responsive and pays attention that all goes well.

Alya is great host. She is very conscientious and ensures that her guests feel at home. She was very helpful with the registration process which was essential for me since I stayed in Tashkent for a significant period. The facilities and all the amenities were excellent. Yunusobod has its own charm and the location is surrounded by small independent stores, street food vendors, restaurant, fresh non, and chain supermarkets as well. The metro station is just 5 mins. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place I really enjoyed it and fully recommend it

Great place—secure, peaceful, with view of the city and the TV tower. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and a "Корзинка" supermarket is within a 10-minute walk. The host and property manager were both friendly and very helpful. Communication was easy and quick. I want to highlight that during our stay, we experienced a couple of hiccups—likely due to the strain on communal services caused by Tashkent’s rapidly growing infrastructure, which was not related to the property itself. During one such issue, the property manager was transparent and informative about the situation, and even went the extra mile by offering us a complimentary hotel stay if we preferred to wait until the issue was resolved. On our last day, our flight was very late, and the manager kindly offered us another apartment to stay in and wait for our flight—completely free of charge. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. I would defensively stay again. Thank you!
