Your accommodation is located at the valley entrance to the Baltschiedertal and you are surrounded by nature. The apartment is in the attic, from where you can look over the whole village. Here it is very quiet and the nature around you contributes to your recovery. At any time of the year Baltschieder is an ideal starting point for hiking and outdoor activities, in 30 - 70 minutes you can reach all the major ski and hiking resorts. In case of bad weather there are thermal baths or indoor sports halls nearby.

The chalet lies a little above the village. It takes about 15 minutes by foot from the train station and is partly steep!! If you have big luggage (skis,boots..) it’s best to take a taxi from the train station to Haus AIOLOS (Sfr. 26.—)! From Haus AIOLOS it’s another 3-4 minutes (90steps)!! IMPORTANT: to go skiing is real easy from the apartment. We’ll show you a shortcut path that takes you in 5 minutes ( all flat/no stairs)to Sunegga lift or the ski bus station!!

Lovely place. Simple, with modern amenities. It is quiet, 5/10 mins by car from Cervinia. There are neighbours (who were lovely), it is a semi-detached. All the things you need, relaxing place. Bedrooms were bigger than expected. There were two of us, it would sleep 8 just be aware that the configuration is two large rooms, one with double and bunk beds, one with two doubles. Ideal for families.

Good accommodation with all the comforts: kitchen has everything you need and the place is wonderfully quiet, great bed with even different types of pillows, top bathroom etc. We would have liked the hedge around the garden to be a bit lower :)! But we still sat in the evening sun in the lawn behind the house with a view on all sides. We were there in May, not much hospitality in the surrounding villages was open but Aosta is lively! Federica is super friendly and always responds really quickly. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!

We had a fabulous time at Elena's place! As many others have said, the house is enormous and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. We weren't familiar with this area before our visit, but we quickly fell in love with it. Elena gave us such a warm welcome and took wonderful care of us and our dogs. We definitely hope to visit again in the near future.

The apartment has everything you might need and more with lots of space inside and nice outside area for sitting in the sun and enjoying the lovely surrounding areas. Lots of walks and bike trails in the area. We absolutely loved the fireplace! Really enjoyed staying here, highly recommend :)

We had a really nice stay at Janine's place. The check-in instructions are clear, the house located in a scenic location with easy connection to public transportation. We spent more than a week and two weekends in this house. it is in a beautiful and quiet place. It is great to have the entire house to yourself. The surroundings are fantastic! There is so much to do! We took a beautiful walk almost every day and always ended with a dip in Lac des Iles or a lake even closer. The house is also top. Nice and spacious and everything is available. For our children aged 3, 6 and 8 it was completely great! There are so many toys in this house. We can recommend this place from the heart.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and we came back precisely because it is so good. It was a perfect base to go hiking in the mountains and in the different valleys, and great for the local amenities in Aosta. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the view is incredible.

An infinity view jacuzzi for six is situated outdoors against a backdrop of the Rhone Valley. The hot tub ripples with water, reflecting sunlight and creating a relaxing scene. Surrounding lush greenery enhances the panoramic mountain views in the distance.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Oliver’s holiday home. The house is very well equipped and true to description. The location is in a peaceful setting with fabulous mountain views and a short drive to the resort. Oliver’s instructions and communication were precise and prompt. The seperate apartment for our older parents was perfect and an equivalent standard to the main house. We particularly appreciated the well equipped kitchen and laundry which made the stay very comfortable. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. Our family would highly recommend the accommodation.
