Wonderful house, it had everything you need. We had a great time, nearby businesses.

We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

Clean space, apartment with plenty of utensils. Close to everything, we went to several beaches on foot; the location is privileged. Host, Ayrton and his brother, were very kind and responded to everything super fast. I recommend the stay!

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

Excellent accommodation. We went as a family in low season. Only 3 houses were occupied. However, the condominium is very well distributed and the building conditions are very good. The area is quiet and close to the restaurant area and 3 very nice beaches. The rest is very accessible by Uber/taxi/minibus. The service and willingness to help was very good. We had an excellent stay.

It was a sister stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio was always attentive to our requirements, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after check-out time. Excellent and very attentive concierge staff. A highly recommended place.

What a great home and stay. The house itself is unique—set on multiple levels, beautifully designed and furnished. The home is just a few steps down from shops, restaurants and the ocean. And Francisca served a great breakfast every morning and made our experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality and a memorable stay.

The house is beautiful, it has a great location and our children particularly liked the great pool. The beaches and the center are within easy reach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

We arrived in the Ferradura neighborhood without knowing what to expect from the accommodation and it turned out to be very efficient in terms of logistics location since it is in the middle of buzios. And it's important if you want to visit all the points of the city and go out at night. The apartment has just what you need And it has some extra services that are good for barbecues, pizzas or enjoying the day at the park Honestly, between price and quality, from what I saw in Buzios, it's really recommended The only thing to keep in mind is that if you want to walk, there is a climb to the house that is a bit steep, but nothing out of the ordinary if you want to enjoy the tranquility of a pleasant neighborhood On Thursday nights there is an excellent food fair one block away that was very good and very fun with people from the city Claudia was always attentive to everything I asked her and gave me some additional tips

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even an ice cream maker to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block away from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

Perfect, in all aspects, the accommodation excellent, from the reception we were super well received, by the receptionist Andreza, Silvia a unique person who responds and guides us quickly, Louise a blessed and attentive person, the duplex wonderful, an incredible view, a comfort that does not need to be better, it has everything you need to enjoy great days in Búzios, I highly recommend it and God willing we will return

Everything was excellent, just like the photos, we had a problem but they responded super fast. The area is perfect, close to everything and Rua das Piedras. The only thing that was not so good was the hot water in the shower, it was not hot, it was lukewarm, almost cold, but that was the only negative point, otherwise everything else was recommended.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, including a place to store EVERYTHING. Very neat and attention to detail. great location, central and at the same time very quiet. Carol is the ideal host, helpful at all times and at the same time discreet enough to let us feel at home. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the only thing that changed (for the better) is the refrigerator, which is a large communal one. It is very conveniently located, a few blocks from Rua das Pedras and several beaches; and almost on the main avenue where all the vans pass by. Leonardo welcomed us very warmly despite arriving at 1 in the morning (the flight was delayed) and both he and his mother were always attentive to make sure we didn't need anything. I definitely recommend 100% that you stay here!

The Host is very polite and receptive. The apartment is impeccable and very beautiful. The beaches are easily accessible by car. It has bakeries and pharmacies and supermarkets that are easy to access. The trip was excellent.

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved around by car and the distances were accessible: both downtown and other beaches were about 15-20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. The house is in a very well located and safe condominium. Close to the beach and shopping. Good parking and safe condominium. The condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. Everything was very good, only on Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
