House with a spectacular view on private beach, with 3 rooms, 2 dining rooms, 3 terraces, private pool, equipped kitchen and 4 rooms each with air conditioning. Air conditioning in common areas. Shalpa is a residential complex with controlled and controlled access, very family friendly, there is surveillance and restricted access to only the people who are reported. The house is on levels and has quite a few bleachers, it is not recommended for people with limited mobility. IT IS NOT RENTED BY THE DAY.

Hidden paradise just a short walk to the beach.

Shalpa is a bay with a lot of history, and this house is part of its foundation. It was in the hands of the same family for over 40 years, and the new owners (family friends) have renovated the entire property. The house is in the heart of the jungle two blocks from the sea (7 minutes walk), a spacious and beautiful house, with nice gardens, giant trees, with recreation and relaxation areas: Swimming pool, patio, terraces, ranches, hammocks, grill, etc. Flora and fauna abound in the area.

This was my first time staying at a tropical villa, and I’ve never experienced anything like it! The home was so comfortable and relaxing — we instantly felt at ease. My family especially enjoyed the private pool, and the gated community felt incredibly safe and peaceful. The location is perfect, just an easy 8-minute walk to the beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Edwin and Anna are the best hosts ever!! So responsive and helpful. They secured a car for us when Budget was out of cars despite a confirmed reservation. They recommended a local guide (Mario) who took us on two trips that would have been hard if not impossible to do without a local guide and he was incredibly helpful and kind. And the property manager Sandra cooked for us and was super sweet and kind. Aside from the gorgeous nature and great weather, the local people the hosts put us in touch with and the recommendations they gave us made all the difference.
