Our holiday home is located in a quaint half-timbered house over 100 years old. The large, bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house, on the ground floor there is another apartment. The apartment is perfect for couples who are active but also want to relax in front of the fireplace or on the large wooden terrace. Since we do not live on site ourselves, we ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels. Thank you so much :-)

Welcome to our listed vacation home "Anno 1800" in Hohegeiß. Located on the outskirts, you have a wonderful view over the idyllic Bärenbachtal from here. From here you can not only take beautiful hikes and excursions in the southern Harz, but also use the wide cross-country ski trail network in winter and take mountain bike tours in summer, go shopping in Braunlage (12 min. by car) or relax in the nearby forest pool.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.
