This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

In bedroom 1 there are 2 bunk beds with 90 cm mattresses. In bedroom 2, there is a bed with 140 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and sauna. In the hallway there are drying cabinets and shoe dryer. In the cabin no pets or smoking are allowed. Please bring own sheets and towels. Before departure, the guests clean themselves. Here you will find the cross-country tracks right outside the door as well as proximity to the ski slopes where you can get by car or the ski bus that goes about 50 meters from the cabin. You also have snowmobile trail near the cottage. In summer there are nice hikes and bike trails. The cottage has all the amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, spacious bathroom, fireplace and sofa bed.

Fresh, modern and well-equipped cottage with cozy decor in central Tandådalen with close distance also to Hundfjället. The timbered house is 40 m² and consists of a large cottage with sofa corner, kitchen area and dining area, one bedroom, hall, tiled bathroom with washing machine as well as fast wifi. On the property, there is also our larger cabin, which we sometimes use or rent out.

The cottage is located in Hundfjället, about 500 meters from the hill, is 100 sqm and was completely renovated in 2022. Modern and cozy at the same time with a real cottage feel. A minute's walk to both grocery store, Bullar och Bröd (bakery and Sälen's best pizza), as well as the super nice restaurant Frö. Perfect for 6-7 adults or e.g. 4 adults and 4 kids.
