Great location, close to beach. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. Apartment was great for family with children. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, smart TV and more made our stay very enjoyable! Small stores nearby for snacks, drinks and any other necessities. Location is central.

This place was perfect for me and my family. Leilani responded to any questions I had right away and she was super helpful with everything. The location was incredible, it was right across from the beach and so close to all the restaurants and stores. Thank you for an incredible experience Leila!

I used it for the first time. I decided to go here instead of a hotel because of the cost, but it was the best!! You're right to stay here, not a hotel!! Todd was kind, kind, and a very wonderful trip! The room is spacious, fully equipped with amenities and towels, and I can't complain!! I'll definitely use it again next time!! Thank you!!

Dina's place is in good location, clean and comfortable for a family vacation. It is worth for the price and also safety with a space for carpark.

First off, the home was beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious and very private. I brought my elderly parents and my 4 young children for a vacation and Cory was very accommodating! Every time we needed assistance- he was quick and easily to get ahold of. We also extended twice and it was not a problem at all! I highly recommend Cory and the gang along with this home. We will surely be back to islands and this is exactly where we will be 👍🏼

The host is considerate and he was punctual. With his kindness, i got along well in his place. A room and parking lot was larger enough for 2 people and an air conditioner worked well (it sounds little noisy). Unfortunately a dog near neighborhood kept darking😭. If you were a sensitive person, wear a ear plug.

Cory is an amazing host! He is responsive, friendly and accommodating! The stay was a very pleasant one overall! Pros: - The living space and bedrooms are clean and comfy to be in! - Quiet location - Easy check-in and out - Has everything needed for the stay to feel complete - cleaning supplies, enough towels, kitchen supplies, ample paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, etc… - Huge tv in the living room and another one in a bedroom Cons: - Pictures of listing need some updating - Massage chair makes a loud beeping sound and at the time of rental, it was not free to use. You’d have to pay for it - kitchen stove needs maintenence or changing - You would have to walk across the road to get to the beach All the cons are small and very minor and I’m very sure after speaking with Cory, they could be addressed as he is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you again Cory. Looking forward to future stays with listings you’re hosting.

Brian went above and beyond ensuring everything was taken care of! He is a great Host! He made me feel right at home and set the Highest example of what a BnB should be! House is very comfortable and the temperature throughout the home is spot on! My room was very comfortable and I felt like it was my own personal room! I HIGHLY recommend Brian for any guest looking for a great place to stay!

I recommend a property in Guam👍👍👍 Location, safety, cleanliness, and cooking are all good. I especially liked the owner the most. They take care of you in detail and are kind. The three rooms I stayed with the kids were so comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. It was like my parents' house. It's so happy to feel comfortable with the kids and come to my parents' house. The owner was so fond of our children and asked if they were hungry and gave them snacks. The kitchen, toilet, and bedroom are all clean. I arrived later than the scheduled time, but they waited and welcomed me. I am so grateful. I arrived late in the evening and cooked, but it was nice that the tableware and kitchen were so clean. The price is also affordable. The kids also played on the swing in the garden. Oh, and the kids are into the piano these days, so they were able to play the piano in the morning. It was a cozy and comfortable accommodation where I could enjoy and make precious memories. They were kind to us even when we checked out, and the owner visited the accommodation again because of the items we had left behind. I was so sorry and grateful. The most unfortunate part was that we couldn't speak English, so we couldn't have a long conversation with the owner. I wanted to get closer, but I'll see you 🙈 😂 😭 again. Thanks to this accommodation and the owner, our family's trip to Guam will be a more special memory. Thank you so much, sir. Be happy and healthy. I'll see you again someday, whether in Taiwan or Guam. ^^

The place was great, it was very spacious, clean, comfortable and close to center of Tamuning. It really felt like home. I would recommend it to families and friends.

My family and I had a great 8 days stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a laundry area, which came in handy especially if you've got wet clothes from swimming at the beaches near by. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and malls. A big plus was our host, Asia, was very quick to respond to all my queries. She really went above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place and Asia as a host (I think she has several other listings to choose from). Thanks so much again, Asia!

Beautiful condo in a fabulous location. A five minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the island. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals.

Roomy clean condo with gorgeous view. Easy short ride to the downtown area.

Eduardo's place was clean and comfortable. Our team had everything they needed. Would stay there again!
