Vacation rentals with a patio in Tampa Bay

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

Just what we needed and centrally located between Tampa Bay and great MTB trails. I only wish the split AC was a bit stronger, but it was not bad. Place was clean and quiet.

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

5 stars! Young Joo’s apartment in downtown Ybor was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing—just steps from all the nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax. The place was super clean, just like the photos, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

Quite little place in a save neighborhood, close to downtown and other interesting apits. Fast wifi, comfy bed, small kitchen nook. The only thing that couples should keep in mind: even standard toilet paper is not allowed to be flushed, so you have to dispose used toilet paper in a special bin that’s meant to kill the odor. I reckon most folks won’t mind this, but for us as a young couple that was quite special! Apart from that: perfect!

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. I had seen Priyank listing a few times, his color scheme and style caught my attention. This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and you can really see where Priyank did not miss any opportunities to pay attention to detail. From q-tips and extra towels in the bathroom to TVs in both bedrooms tastefully installed with extra linens available! The kitchen has everything you could need, including 5 different coffee making options. I tried 3 of them! I made dinner for myself and used the air fryer as suggested from Priyank to cook steaks. They came out awesome! Communication was easy and amazing hospitality provided throughout! Totally recommended for everyone to stay visiting Tampa and I know for sure I will be back. They really did a great job here!!

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

My stay at the Charming Suite was everything one could hope for when away from home. The name truly fits—it’s a beautifully designed, immaculate space that offers all the comforts needed to feel completely at ease. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite is private and thoughtfully separated from the main house, featuring its own secure entrance and a lovely patio. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, peaceful, and comfortable retreat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

This was a great weekend getaway for me and my family. The place was great and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus we got to bring our fur baby so no one was left out.

My new husband and I stayed at Rachel’s condo for our honeymoon and it was perfect! This was our first time in Treasure Island and I would love to come back and stay here again. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and beautiful! We saw a manatee in the intercoastal waters one morning, and the patio was a peaceful place to relax. The beach is just a 5 minute straight walk from the condo which was great. We visited the Florida and Clearwater Aquariums, and spent 2 days at Honeymoon Island State Park looking for shells and enjoying the peaceful beach. All of these were about 45-55 minutes from the condo. It stormed a couple of days so we appreciated how cozy the condo was and the large TVs, and Rachel provided everything we would need. We can’t wait to come back!
