Family summer townhouse in a unique urbanization of the 70s, on Cala de Aigua Xelida and Playa Gran de Tamariu. A 5-minute walk down some steps separate us from Cala d'Aigua Xelida, located north of the nucleus of Tamariu, one of the most beautiful places in Catalonia, very close to the Espai Natural Protegit Muntanyes de Begur. In 1972, the Zona d'Aigua Xelida was declared Paraje Pintoresco and in 2009 it was chosen Paisaje Favorito de Catalunya.

Radiator heating. Wood-burning fireplace. Fully-equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic/gas, kettle, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso. Fiber wifi. Smart TV Charcoal barbecue. Fans in summer. Check-out until 1:00 PM.
