Vacation rentals with a patio in Tam Dao

I was able to relax comfortably in a clean room with a neat interior. During the 4 nights, the host always responded quickly and resolved the situation, so I was helped reliably and diligently.

The place is clean and has a beautiful view. You can chill by the lake when you go out and can find cafes, street foods, photobooths, and art place. The host is helpful and responsive as well.

Duc’s place is an absolute gem to be in the heart of the city. Love the minimal, aesthetic design and how everything was just completely brand new and clean. Duc was a pleasant host for being responsive and helpful with all the instructions and recommendations. I’m so surprised of finding this listing (in the best way possible) and really wish my stay was longer!!! Anyways, thank you Duc for setting up an amazing place with a spot-on location. Looking forward to the next visit and totally recommend!!!!!!!!

Ngoc is a fantastic host, with very quick replies and her apartment is a great place to stay if you would like to be close to all that you need in the old quarter of Hanoi whilst also having a private, relaxing and quiet place to go back to. Overall a 5 star experience!

The actual situation is basically the same as the photos. It's a 15-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are two coffee shops in the neighborhood, perfect for slow living.

We had an excellent stay at Moona’s apartment. It’s extremely comfortable and has anything you could need. It’s right in the centre of town so walking anywhere is very easy but it is away from the street so there is no noise and our stay was extremely peaceful. The WiFi is fast and the aircon works really well. Just what we were looking for during our time in Hanoi. Thank you very much.

I was traveling solo but chose this 2-bedroom apartment because I loved the decor and it did not disappoint! The space is beautifully designed, full of charm and natural light, making it feel both cozy and inspiring. It was also a great spot for getting some work done during my stay. Quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was definitely the food scene around the building. There are so many great local eateries just downstairs which so delicious, affordable, and full of authentic Hanoi flavor. It really added to the whole experience. Highly recommended for solo travelers or anyone who appreciates thoughtful design and good food!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

This a very good place to stay. Our room in particular had a learning curve to close the doors and may just need a bit more privacy due to the curtains seemingly not covering the whole window (but it covered most of it, there were just little partings). But aside from that it was a well maintained and beautiful place to stay. The owner was very proactive and refilled our bottled water everyday and even offered to clean everyday almost like a hotel. The neighborhood as well was a quiet and peaceful part of the Old Quarter with lots of specialty coffee shops and food places to check out. The convenience store was close by too if you needed anything. The lake, where a lot of the main attractions are, was also walking distance too. I would definitely book again and well worth the price.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place for a big group. The rooms are all separated with individual locks and one bathroom per two rooms. There is a small lounge, small kitchen and outdoor roof terrace. Everything was clean. The Aircon worked well and the location was perfect - right in the middle of all the activity

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Old Town, which made exploring Hanoi super easy. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and even helped us arrange private transport to other cities and the airport. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi! Thank you for everything!

I had a lovely stay at Mia's apartment in Hanoi. The space looks exactly like the photos — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully minimalist. It was a comfortable place to return to after a day out exploring the city. The location is great, with easy access to several convenience stores, and having gym access in the building was definitely a bonus. There were a few small hiccups at the start related to the toilet, but Mia was incredibly responsive and resolved everything promptly, which I really appreciated. Just a heads-up: I did encounter a couple of roaches that seemed to make their way in through the front door gap. Not a major issue, but I’d recommend using something to block the gap as a precaution. All in all, a great value stay with a wonderful host who truly cares about her guests’ comfort.

My stay in Hiep Truong’s condo was incredible. The room is very comfortable and clean. Outside of the building, there’s lots of stores and restaurants to pick from. On the weekends, it does get a little more busy but it still feels peaceful. There’s a lake nearby to get your steps and to go running. Extremely recommend, specially if you’re planning on staying for a month or more. This is definitely a place I will come back to. 💯

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

i came back for the 2nd time for work and also left soon but still satisfied about everything as the first time. the host proactively contacted and supported. i liked their design taste, each time was a different good experience. hope they will continue to keep everything perfect when I come back. highly recommend

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!
