Ideal location facing the sea and close to Arago, the beach below and a very rare 180° view over the rooftops of the bay. This 32 m2 apartment is a real favorite. It has a balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days. A private covered parking space is available in the basement of the residence, ensuring you don't have to look for a parking space. Free parking is also available on the street.
