The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Beautiful 95 m2 chalet completely renovated 7 meters from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day for swimming, paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and a canoe on site), or play a game of petanque (court on site). The sauna isn't functional yet!
