Steve’s place was just as it was pictured in his listing and clean. He was very communicative and friendly. We ran into a slight scheduling snafu at the end of our trip and he was flexible to work with us on our check-out time. Quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes from FSU campus.

Nice place.The townhouse is spacious and close to everything. Adriana is responsive and helpful person. Highly recommended.

The cottage is comfortable and well appointed, so that it does a lot in a small space. I enjoyed my stay very much. Jim is a gracious and responsive host.

Kay is an incredible host. The unit is the perfect amount of privacy and space. Loved having a yard and chirping birds. A quick drive to pretty much anywhere in town, especially the University and Downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was cute and cozy. It was also centrally located. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to FSU, The Capitol, Walmart, Publix, FAMU, etc. There were also a lot of food options within 5minutes walking distance of the home. The hosts communicated effectively and timely. They were even helpful when it came to giving recommendation in the area. My family and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tally.

The home was as pictured in the listing, it is beautifully maintained with lots of space inside and out. The screened in patio was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

This is our 2nd stay at Amanda and David’s place and won’t be our last. Both trips Amanda has been very quick to respond to any questions and both trips she was able to be flexible with our check-out plans. The home is very comfortable - less than a 10 minute drive to FSU or FAMU campuses. Also just 5 minutes from Govenors Square Mall and a large variety of shops and other businesses along Apalachee Pkwy. Neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We love the mid-century look and feel of the home (just our vibe!). Pictures of the home are exactly how it appears. Home and hosts are highly recommended by us.

This property is very well-appointed - comfy beds, quality linens, impressive coffee bar & fully stocked kitchen, charging stations and many other unique amenities. Midtown is the perfect location to FSU, downtown, and the Capital. If all that isn’t enough…this home is beautifully designed! And we went to three of your recommended restaurants, all amazing!

My family and i absolutely enjoyed this home. Nice quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. When booking an Airbnb i expect for all homes to be as clean and spotless as this 1. Jeremane made our vacation very easy and enjoyable. He responds quickly and was always ready to assist. The kids had a blast in the pool and did not want to leave that was a plus. This home is so spacious and come with so many rooms and beds, i will definitely rent this home out again so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks again Jeremane!

Shelly's place was beautiful, in a nice neighborhood and close to lots of shipping, cafes and restaurants. Shelly's flexibility with checkout was appreciated though 11 am should be the standard.

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. The house has many special qualities and my family and I were honored to stay in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and look forward to our next trip. After my first Airbnb canceled last minute, I found Abby’s place and she was extremely accommodating and responsive. She happily took in my work crew and I am extremely grateful!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Brad’s place was super cute, looks just like pics. It’s a newer listing for him and there were a couple of issues but he immediately responded and handled appropriately. I would say it is a great place for a short stay, especially if you’re coming in for any FSU activities because it’s super close and easy to walk to. Brad is a great host, very friendly, always quick to respond, and flexible with check in and out to meet our needs. I would definitely rent from him again.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.
