The house has fantastic ocean views because it is located on a hill. To access the beach there are some direct access stairs to the dock. In the beach there are various restaurants, cafe and tobacconist. Near the house is Taliarte's pier where you can buy fish from fishing boats. The avenue connects several beaches with a great promenade for walking or exercising.
