A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. This self-contained guest suite features 1 master BDRM with en-suite, 1 double BDRM, a separate bathroom, a cosy lounge, a kitchenette, and a secluded outdoor area. Air conditioning/heating system. Netflix and unlimited WiFi included. It is on the ground floor of our family home with your own separate access & decking. Parking for ONE car on our driveway; there are also free off-street parking. Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.
