Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tajikistan

We visited family in Dushanbe from Canada for 3 weeks and needed to book 3 of Ato's apartments. They were perfect for our stay. Here are some specific comments: - Ato provided airport transfer for our arrival and departure, which was amazing since all flights arrive and depart in the middle of the night - We had lots of questions before and during our stay, including sourcing booster seats, check in for our other family members, recommendations for grocery stores etc. and Ato answered them all very promptly. Excellent host! - We had some very minor issues with the AC and internet and Ato responded immediately and had them fixed - Ato included weekly cleaning for our stay, and his cleaner did a deep clean every time! She was amazing - FYI for families: all kitchen chairs are cloth so if you have young kids bringing something to cover it and avoid messes is handy. - Location is fantastic for groceries and restaurants Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dushanbe!

The place is nice and clean. The location is very convenient on the central avenue with grocery stores and beautiful Botanical Garden nearby. Sharofiddin is very helpful and responsive.

I had an amazing experience staying at Sharofiddin’s place. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. Sharofiddin is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. He was always available to help with anything I needed, provided great local recommendations, and made me feel truly welcome. His hospitality made my trip even more special. A very cozy guesthouse/hostel arrangement that hosts a variety of friendly travelers. If your priorities include getting to know real people and seeing how real people live in Dushanbe, this spot is a top pick! Professor Saifi and everyone at the home is very responsive, warm and kind! The neighborhood is very walkable and close to great restaurants (some of which take Visa cards) and really good supermarket options. The house being near the Botanical Garden and some local parks means that there are lovely birds singing, even in the wintertime. :) The interior stairs to the 2nd floor can be a bit tricky if you have bad knees or a ton of luggage but you can always ask for help. The guesthouse may not be glamorous like the hyper-modern new construction around Dushanbe but it is an authentic and inviting place to stay while exploring Dushanbe.
